Here at SMF, we're lucky to have Principal Structural Engineer Morgan Speight, PE and Engineer-in-Training Rachel Johnson, EIT on our team! Morgan has been a vital part of the team, contributing not only her engineering expertise but also building strong, lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Rachel’s journey from intern to project engineer has been remarkable—she now plays key roles on major projects and actively mentors new EITs and interns, helping shape the next generation of talent.
