Served as Structural Engineer of Record for a new 85,000 square foot three-story administrative facility for the Navy Warfare Development Command.

The building houses a Modeling & Simulation Lab, a conference center, and administrative and staff support spaces. The facility meets DoD anti-terrorism and force protection standards including structural features to prevent progressive collapse. Sustainable design features and construction practices were incorporated. Design/build project.
