Much needed additional public parking options for visitors of Virginia Beach's Oceanfront area!

The 9-story precast parking garage opened up 650 additional parking spots for tourists and visitors to the oceanfront area! Our team served as Structural Engineer of Record for the design/build project. The scope of work included foundation design, slab-on-grade, retaining wall at slab/precast transition, elevator divider, and hoist beams and framing for architectural features not provided by the precaster such as canopies and roof elements. It also included the retail space located on the ground level.
