On the site of the former Westhampton Theater in Richmond's West End, Westhampton on Grove transformed this site into a high-end live/work/play development.

Speight Marshall Francis served as Structural Engineer of Record for Westhampton on Grove, a 3-story, 50,000 sf mixed-use facility that put a breath of fresh air into this legacy property. The complex consists of two 3-story buildings on each side of an existing building. The upper level on each is luxury apartments with retail and Class A offices below. The anchor retail tenant is the popular gourmet cafe and market Taste Unlimited. Completed in 2019. Project drawings completed using Revit, Building Information Modeling software.
