Riverine Squadron Two Boat & Vehicle Maintenance Facility

This project at JEB Little Creek in Norfolk, Virginia was issued as a task order under a NAVFAC MidAtlantic A/E IQC contract for which Speight Marshall Francis served as prime designer.

Speight Marshall Francis designed an 8,000 square foot pre-engineered building (PEB) with doors, interior/exterior utilities and associated site work to repair boats and vehicles for RIVON 2. The building has offices, parts & tool rooms, communications storage and repair room, restrooms, and 5,000 SF for four maintenance bays to work on boats and vehicles.  Targeted for LEED Silver certification.
