Speight Marshall Francis served as Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for this urban 206,665 square foot mixed-use project consisting of two levels of below-grade parking, ground floor commercial, and five levels of apartments. The 166 apartment units are wood construction. The podium is partially underground and is post-tensioned concrete. The parking garage required a multi-level retaining wall. Luxury amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, interior courtyard, and pool. The retail portion of this complex, located at 0 West Marshall Street, offers shopping and dining options that complement this walkable neighborhood.
