Speight Marshall Francis served as Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for the design/build of a new $3M two-story 14,000 square foot, 3-bay fire station located on Shore Drive at Northampton Blvd. The facility includes fire equipment apparatus bays, living quarters, kitchen facilities, offices, storage areas, and site & utility work. The facility was designed to hurricane category II wind speeds and has full emergency power. Targeted for LEED certification. Designed using REVIT BIM software.
