Our Pepsi Wytheville project was awarded 2005 “Plant of the Year” by Beverage World Magazine.
Speight Marshall Francis served as the Structural Engineer of Record for Pepsi’s 325,000 square foot processing and distribution facility in Wytheville, VA. The “Green Field” complex includes a bottling plant with mezzanines, multiple bottling lines, and 35' clear height. Work also included a one-story office, a 16,000 square foot fleet maintenance building and a 1,200 square foot check-in office with canopy.
