John B. Dey Elementary School Modernizations
Originally built in 1956, current modernizations will increase John B. Dey Elementary's useful life up to 50 years.
Serving as Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for a complete school modernization which includes 22,000 square feet of new construction and 76,000 square feet of renovation to existing facilities. The project also includes site improvements necessary for the modernization and associated amenities. Designing to achieve LEED certified status.
