Speight Marshall Francis delivered comprehensive structural engineering and special inspection services for a 15,140 SF, single-story masonry and steel retail showroom designed to prominently display Ferguson’s high-quality, world-class product lines. The showroom is strategically situated adjacent to Ferguson Enterprises’ five-story corporate headquarters, forming a cohesive and visually unified campus environment—both facilities designed by our firm to complement one another in scale, materials, and presence.
