Partner + Principal Structural Engineer
Morgan has been an integral part of the SMF team since she joined the firm upon graduation from ODU in 2014. She hit the ground running and in 2019 became a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and Washington D.C. Her passion for engineering runs deep and she describes engineering as an art where she can flex her out-of-the-box thinking on creative solutions to client needs.
Morgan is experienced in a variety of project markets including hotels, schools, healthcare, and multi-family apartments/mixed-use. She has built strong client relationships rooted in clarity and consistent communication. Her expertise can be seen in her quality construction documents and solid project management. She currently mentors several EIT’s to ensure the SMF values of quality and collaboration are extended to all team members.
In 2022 Morgan became a firm partner. She welcomes opportunities to expand her knowledge of industry trends in innovation and sustainability and translate them into success stories for the entire team.
