The Virginia Beach Law Enforcement Memorial was designed by Paul DiPasquale, the widely acclaimed sculptor who created Virginia Beach’s iconic statue of King Neptune located at 31st Street.

The Virginia Beach Law Enforcement Memorial was dedicated to the City of Virginia Beach by the Virginia Beach Police Foundation on June 23rd, 2012 during a ceremony held at its location on the boardwalk at 35th Street.   Our design and construction team provided their services to the Virginia Beach Police Foundation on a Pro Bono basis in honor of those who have fallen while protecting the Virginia Beach community and its citizens.
