Medical Office Building at 1168 First Colonial Road, Virginia Beach, VA

Served as Structural Engineer of Record and Special Inspector for this 3 story, 34,000 square foot medical office building located in the medical office areas surrounding the Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.

This project was selected for a 2010 Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate Award of Merit for "Best Office Building" and a 2009 Design Award by the City of Virginia Beach's Planning Commission.
