as Structural Engineer of Record and Special Inspector
for two 3-story and two 2-story steel framed office
buildings. Work included a linear accelerator and emergency
room.
In 2006, the City of Virginia Beach Planning Department
awarded the project the “Honor Award” for Best Non-Residential
Development.
